Simply put, when Imp Designs built a new web site for me, and began managing my pay per click campaign, my Internet business DOUBLED overnight. Yes, REALLY! The fact that they always do what they say they are going to do is just icing on the cake.

Chris Basnight and his team are with you every step of the way. Working together to determine the needs of the organization they take the time to determine the best ways to accomplish your goals within your budget. They don’t just design and walk away. A quick response to your questions is guaranteed. Chris and his team also prepare a step by step guide for your staff to use in updating the website so if you have staff turnover the transition is much easier. I highly recommend IMP Designs for anyone seeking a customized and customer friendly approach to web design.

I was introduced to IMP Designs while working for a company that outsourced all of their creatives. I have since moved to another company who has an in-house MARCOM and design team, but I still use IMP for all of my overflow projects. I love working with the IMP team! They are fast, detailed, cost effective and fun.

As the Regional Public Transportation Agency in Phoenix has grown, Imp Designs has accommodated our need to grow our website accommodating online fare sales, making nearly 1,000 retail fare sales locations easy to find, improving trip planning itineraries and interactive schedules and maps, as well as satisfying our mobile needs. They have shown expertise in the areas of usability and user interface design and we consider them one of our key partners in bringing our website fully operational across all major browsers and operating systems.

Hi, this is Martin Fay, the owner of Motor Works in DeKalb, IL. About three years ago IMP Designs performed a total redesign of our website. To say the results have been spectacular is an understatement. The four key aspects of the site, graphics, design, marketing, and coding support each other seamlessly. I would like to discuss all briefly.
Marty F.
First graphics: the site is visually stunning yet due to color and design choices it is also calm. IMP used earthy colors and a retro look to represent the quality of our shop and to highlight our Classic Car Division. They also used a flip effect on our home page picture gallery. At the bottom of the page are all live links to our affiliations with the AAA, BBB, ASE, NAPA, ASA and AutoInc. The AutoInc.link goes to the AutoInc. Magazine article that places Motor Work’s website in the top ten automotive websites in the nation for 2012. We have had countless compliments from customers and even competitors.
Second design: the header tabs Home, About, Why Choose Us?, Services, Classic Cars and NAPA Service Assistant were carefully chosen to inform our public about all our strengths. Many of those headers are further divided into detailed sections designed to meet the customer’s exact needs. This includes specific landing pages for make and model of vehicle, services provided, staff biographies, and much more.
Third marketing: the entire purpose of a business website is to market products or services. Otherwise the site is pure vanity and expensive vanity at that. Many hours were spent discussing return on investment, demographics, targeting specific groups of customers and their needs, placement on search engines, strengths and weaknesses of the competition, etc. Monthly stats are provided to track the website’s effectiveness. IMP’s continuing Search Engine Optimization and Search Engine Marketing support program insures our website does not fall behind the competition. In addition, their constant study and tuning of keywords helps keep the maximum number of visitors coming to our site. The Motor Works Website has become our best marketing tool after word-of-mouth.
Fourth coding: invisible to us at Motor Works but terribly important is the site’s coding. Being inquisitive I spent many hours learning about this mysterious art from IMP designs. IMP’s staff are master coders. They discussed with me some of the ins and outs of using JavaScript as opposed to Flash, the attention they put into the site to make it mobile friendly, certain techniques to make it load quickly, etc.
Motor Works researched many Web Design Firms before choosing IMP Designs. We are convinced IMP is the very best. Would we do it all again? In a heartbeat!!!
