Free Jack O’ Lantern Templates

To insure the spookiest of spooky Halloweens, we’ve created a few downloadable templates for your precious pumpkin. Download these templates and have yourself an Imp inspired Halloween.

Things you’ll need:
-Your official Imp Designs Jack O’ Lantern templates:

-Scotch Tape

-Heavy Duty wood toothpicks

-Carving tool of your choice (The battery powered models are nice, but I prefer a good serrated knife. BE CAREFUL. Knives are sharp and we don’t want you to loose fingers.)

-A bowl or trash bag for pumpkin guts

-A pumpkin

-Newspaper to do the cutting and cleaning on

Now that you’ve got your goods together you’re ready to carve.

Cut a hole in the pumpkin and empty out the guts (Yes they are guts, it is Halloween after all)
Download and print your PDF templates.
Tape the template securely to your pumpkin. Make sure its secure and won’t slip around.
Using a toothpick poke holes through the dotted lines in the paper and mark the pumpkin making sure that you cover all lines.
Remove your template and carve along the dotted lines you’ve created with the toothpick.
Clean up your rough edges, and wipe down the outer surface of the pumpkin with a paper towel.

Low and behold you have created a Jack O’ Lantern. Now put a candle (or a nice safe pumpkin light) into your pumpkin and get down with your bad self.
